How does it work?

We look at all of your self-reported health factors and behaviors. Your risk age is a benchmark against other individuals of your age and sex.

Target Age

Target Age

We all have room for improvement. Your target age reflects the health you can recapture by making lifestyle changes. Often your target age can be lower than your current age.

Action Plan

Action Plan

Living your healthiest life is a process. We suggest eating elephants in small bites. Our Action Plan helps you prioritize a few areas to focus on. Come back in a few months, take another HRA, and see your progress.

Provider Report

Provider Report

A portion of the HRA report is designed to be taken with you when you visit your doctor. It's a highlight of risk factors based on your answers to the questionnaire and can be used as a guide during a visit.
